you hire our services, you agree to the amount and payment procedure.
We
ensure to deliver the finished work in a timely manner with a strict
adherence to the quality as well as the discussion with the client. For
any clarifications or enquiries, you can contact us via phone, Facebook,
LinkedIn, Skype or Email. We follow fixed working hours unless additional
time is required for certain projects, wherein you agree to provide the
needed hours.
Clients
must make sure to provide the necessary details/instructions/guidelines
based on which the project will be created. Any delays at client’s end can
delay the project and proposed time frames which can result in additional
costs.
Any
complexity related to specific tasks, must be informed in advance and
included in the proposal for costing purposes. We are true to our works
and rely on our clients to disclose the full picture at the time of
quotation. Any discrepancy arising due to unclear requirements will not be
borne by Dhanaina Technologies.
Any
bugs (programming errors) reported during or just after the development
does not attract additional charges.
All
materials related to the project should be provided prior to starting the
project. Delays will affect the timely completion of the project and can
incur additional charges.
Any
modifications on the finished project will cost added expense. Changes in
the design later on despite the approved design will also incur charges.
Any extra work beyond the estimates is charged separately.
Dhanaina Technologies is not responsible for any delays caused by
changes in the project.
Responsive/multi-device
compatible web pages are tested on iPhone and iPads. If you need the
testing to be done on any other device, please discuss it in advance.
In
cases where your application/website is not hosted on a synapse server,
the additional work hours used due to the server or network related issues
will not be covered in our quotes and are charged separately.
Dhanaina Technologies
owns copyrights of all codes written for any client, unless any
arrangements are made before starting the project. While paying for the
hosting, Dhanaina warrants a license to use any custom built software for
the client, for their use only.
Based
on the functionalities required, third party components like Third Party
Payment Gateways or SSL certificates might be involved in building a
website/application. Dhanaina Technologies ensures to perform at its best
to recognize the suitability of any component. However, the company is not
responsible for any unforeseen limitations of 3rd party components which
are beyond any control. All costs related to the 3rd party component are
not included in our quotes.
Any
delays in providing the finished project due to reasonable circumstances
must be recognized by the client. Whilst we try our best to deliver on
time, the client should not penalize us.
No
hosting charges are included in the quotations if it is not mentioned. If
needed, Dhanaina Technologies can organize an appropriate hosting
solution, a quote for which will be submitted separately and approved by
the client. In cases where the client decides to organize the hosting
themselves, ensure to consult us beforehand to decide the type of hosting
and database. This is because it should meet the requirements of the
technology used for the development. Complete access should be provided
regarding hosting support for testing and application deployment. Note
that Dhanaina Technologies is not responsible for any delays or errors
caused by any direct or indirect actions of the hosting company.
Takes
no responsibility for any open-source products such as WordPress, Open
Source carts, Joomla etc. It is the client's responsibility to update all
components and third party softwares. We suggest you take regular back-ups
to avoid any disruptions.
Dhanaina
provides packages in coordination with the third-party providers. Any
changes to the third-party provider’s rules and policies can affect either
our services or terms and conditions.
The
website or software application is designed to be deployed on the web via
commercial grade web-server or a similar setup. The website is unlikely to
operate if it is deployed on a general office network environment.
If not
mentioned, domain registration/renewal etc charges are not included as a
part of any project/proposal. A quote can be submitted and approved by the
client if needed.
Dhanaina
Technologies specializes in building and testing the applications or
websites on our own servers or hosted domains. No access to our servers or
domains will be provided to the clients or third party. In order to
transfer the website/application to a nominated 3rd party server, the
invoices and dues have to be paid.
Notwithstanding
any other provision in the agreement, in consideration of the customer
entering into this agreement with Dhanaina Technologies, upon full payment
of any outstanding invoices, Dhanaina will grant an unconditional license
to the customer to reproduce, publish, communicate, use, exploit, vary, or
otherwise deal with 1) the graphics, 2) texts and 3) images used in the
published website and associated of form and functionality. This will not
include the intellectual property relating to the production of the
website including the digital strategies, programming codes, database
structures, scripts, forms or functionalities.
All
communications/correspondences are generally done via emails. It is the
client's responsibility to keep us updated with their relevant email
addresses.
We
reserve the right to modify our website’s information in a timely manner.
